Ron has trouble wiping the smile off his face after the 7 laps with Lazier.  We think they had to physically remove him from the Menards #2 Two Seater. Ron Nickell interviews"old friend" Mike Griffin, one of the team managers and owners of Panther Racing. With 2 IRL championships under their belts with driver Sam Hornish Jr. they now have 2 cars and 2 new drivers. Townsend Bell in the Johns Manville / Menards car, and Thomas Scheckter in the familiar yellow Penzoil Panther machine, formerly driven by Hornish. "Griff" has alot in common with Nickell as he is the voice behind the video in many national commercials and has produced hundreds of live concerts and produced several album for national recording artist.

"Photo" Joe Star and, the Radio Colorado Network's Ron Nickell dicuss the latest racing news and gossip during a live braodcast of Fastrax, Monday nights from 6 to 8pm, live from the Texas Roadhouse. (note: the dark figure in the background also seems to show up every Monday night) The Fastrax crew interviews Jerry Robertson after winning $26,000+ by taking the Pepsi Challenge, starting last, winning the 200 lap event and the CNS track championship. Speed is in the Jeans! Fastrax crew talks to Jerry and 18 year old son Darren, who won "Rookie of the year" and 2nd in points in the "Grand American Modifieds". Jerry and Darren relaxing after a intense interview.
